Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide, including all countries within the European Union (EU), as well as other international destinations that our shipping partners can deliver to.
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we currently cannot ship there.
Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times can vary by destination country and local postal services. The time frames below are estimates only and do not include processing time.

European Union (EU): usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Non‑EU Europe, UK and other nearby regions: usually 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Rest of world: usually 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier.
Delays can occur due to customs checks, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

We offer free shipping on all orders of €50 or more (after discounts, before any taxes/fees where applicable), to all countries we ship to.

Orders under €50 will be charged a standard shipping fee, which is clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any temporary free‑shipping promotions or region‑specific offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order tracking
Where available, orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking link or number.

Tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.
Customs, VAT and import fees
EU customers
For customers within the EU, prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Any additional local charges or handling fees that may be applied by your local authorities or carrier remain the customer’s responsibility if they arise.
Non‑EU customers
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees (if any) are not included in our prices and may be charged by your local customs office or carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not control these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Wrong address / undeliverable packages
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we can:

Re‑ship it once you pay the new shipping cost, or

Refund the product price (excluding original shipping costs) if the item is returned to us in a resellable condition.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first, then contact us so we can help where possible.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & exchanges (summary)
We offer a 30‑day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

For change‑of‑mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover or refund reasonable return shipping costs after review.
